Top Notch Storage is located at 232 Martindale Ave, Hudson Falls, NY, 12839. We are located in between Twin Scoops Ice Cream and the Cumberland Farms in Hudson Falls.
Our leases are month to month. No long term contract necessary. We pro rate on the day of move in but not on move out.
Our office hours are from 8am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call ahead of time and our staff will do their best to accommodate a move in at any time.
You can access your storage unit from 5am to 10pm, seven days a week. Remember to push the # key after your code. That acts as our enter key
You can conveniently pay your storage bill online through our secure platform. Just log in to our website and follow the instructions. Or you can call and make a payment over the phone with a card or bank account number.
Top Notch Storage offers indoor parking for boats, RVs, and vehicles. We don't offer any outdoor parking spaces.
Yes, we offer units with drive-up access for easy loading and unloading.
For safety and regulatory reasons, items such as flammable materials, perishables, and live animals are not permitted to be stored at Top Notch Storage.
We do require tenants to have their items insured. However, if a tenant has home owners or renters insurance we accept that coverage at no extra charge. Home owners and rental policies will often cover your personal property. Please check with your insurance provider on your specific coverage details. We also provide an insurance option to tenants, which starts at only $10 a month and comes with $2000 of coverage on your items.
